License order form

Dear PTV Certified Trainer,

Please fill in this order form for each type of PTV Certified Trainer license order.

You can order:

• Soft dongles for online trainings
• Codemeter Cloud license (permanent internet connection is required)
• Licenses can be ordered for:
  • PTV Visum
  • PTV Vissim
  • PTV Viswalk
  • PTV Vistro

The course for which the training licence is required must be entered in the Training topic field.

The course content is available to each PTV Certified Trainer. Please describe the course content (e.g. PTV Visum Introduction to macroscopic modelling).

Please note that the order may take up to 10 days to process. Please also pay attention to the terms and conditions of the use of the PTV CT licenses.

Very important:
Please enter whether a permanent internet connection can be guaranteed during the training.
Please note that the validity date of the ordered training licence is always end of training plus 1 day!

• Multiple licenses can be ordered with one order form.
• For each order form we will charge EUR 150,00 (net price).
• Exception: all listed trainings in the order form will be conducted on behalf of PTV.
• This price applies regardless of how many CT licences are used or how much software is ordered.
• All CT software is pre-defined in size and configuration (changes are not possible).
• Any commercial use of the PTV CT licenses is strictly prohibited.
