TR-T0152 PTV Visum - ABM Training for Policy Makers and Model Managers (UK)

Short Description

During this one-day course you will be introduced to ABMs, finding out what they are, how they can be used, and how the ABM in PTV Visum is implemented.

You will learn what input data is required for an ABM, how it is structured within PTV Visum, and how it can be analysed to provide detailed and granular outputs. You will also see how an ABM in PTV Visum could be expanded using an existing 4-stage model, and discuss how these models could be used in parallel for exploration, through to appraisal.
