TR-T0154 PTV Visum - Dynamic Traffic Assignment (SBA) in PTV Visum (US)

In this course, we will cover the application of dynamic traffic assignment (SBA) in PTV-Visum. Simulation-based dynamic assignment (SBA) considers intersection geometry and control (signal timings). It can be used to model spatio-temporal interaction of traffic at a large scale.

Intermediate / Advanced

Traffic engineers and modelers working on corridor studies and large-scale traffic simulation.

Knowledge of static traffic assignment and its application in PTV-Visum.

8 hours (split into two 4-hour sessions over two days).
